Kindly take note of the following Share Consolidation exercise by VANTRIS ENERGY BERHAD.

CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 20 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN VANTRIS ENERGY ("VANTRIS ENERGY SHARES" OR "SHARES") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 22 AUGUST 2025 INTO 1 SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE") ("SHARE CONSOLIDATION")

Ex Date : 21 August 2025.

Entitlement Date : 22 August 2025 (Book Close Date)

Please ensure you submit the correct quantity of reduced VANTNRG shares (Number of VANTNRG shares held / 20) if you wish to sell them from 21/08/2025 to 22/08/2025. Please ensure that all outstanding GTD orders for counter VANTNRG (if any) are cancelled before market open on 21/08/2025.

ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2019/2026 IN VANTRIS ENERGY AS CONSTITUTED BY THE DEED POLL DATED 06 DECEMBER 2018 ("DEED POLL A") ("VANTRIS ENERGY WARRANTS A" OR "WARRANTS A") PURSUANT TO THE CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 20 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN VANTRIS ENERGY ("SHARE(S)") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 22 AUGUST 2025 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") INTO 1 SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE(S)") ("SHARE CONSOLIDATION")
