Kindly take note of the following Share Consolidation exercise by MLABS SYSTEMS BERHAD.

CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 20 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN MLABS SYSTEMS BERHAD ("MLABS" OR "COMPANY") ("MLABS SHARES") HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 3 APRIL 2024 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") INTO 1 MLABS SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE") ("SHARE CONSOLIDATION")

Ex Date : 2 April 2024

Entitlement Date : 3 April 2024 (Book Close Date)

Please ensure you submit the correct quantity of reduced MLAB shares (Number of MLAB shares held / 20) if you wish to sell them from 02/04/2024 to 03/04/2024. Please ensure that all outstanding GTD orders for counter MLAB (if any) are cancelled before market open on 02/04/2024.
